Terms and Conditions

1 . Booking Slot:

•   Fixed time slots cannot be extended. For example, a slot from 6-7 AM concludes at 7 AM, regardless of your arrival time at the court.
•   Once a court is allotted for a specific time, changes cannot be made.

2 . Parking Rules:

•   Vehicles must be parked only in designated spaces.
•   Parking fees are applicable as per the rates defined by Pickleball.

3 . Payment:

•   Payment confirmation must be presented before accessing the play court.

4 . Cancellations/Refunds:

•   We do not provide refunds for booked slots.
•   In case of inclement weather or unplayable court conditions, we will offer rescheduling options based on availability for a time slot similar to the booked slot on the customer's chosen day.

5 . Minimum Member Requirement:

•   A minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 4 members are allowed to play on the court.

6 . Membership (Individual/Corporate):

•   Unutilized days cannot be compensated.
•   Members have the flexibility to choose their preferred slots/timing for play; however, bookings must be made in advance.
•   Members should book according to their preferred days and times.

7 . Usage Guidelines:

•   All users must adhere to the rules and regulations for using the booked pickleball court, including behaviour expectations, dress code, and safety guidelines.
•   Only non-marking sports shoes are permitted on the pickleball court.

8 . Code of Conduct:

•   To maintain sportsmanship, members must follow the rules of the game, respect staff, refrain from using coarse language, and avoid the consumption of intoxicating substances. Breach of the code of conduct will result in immediate removal from the court.
